Returns Policy

We understand that buying a pre-loved item is a big investment, and we want to make sure you're happy with your purchase. That's why we offer a return policy on all pre-loved items.

If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Simply contact us via Shopify or email renewhub.uk@suez.com to organise a return.

Customers are responsible for returning the item to Renew Hub to be eligible for a return.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

In the unlikely event that a problem does occur we cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss incurred. Returns to the Hub at Trafford Park and/or buyer pays for return postage.
